You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

To start a return, contact us at hello@alchemiss.es with your order ID and reason.

Once approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products may not be eligible unless damaged in transit.
